As Program & Compliance Officer you will implement and maintain programming expectations and ensure compliance requirements are maintained. Working collaboratively with the ELC Team you will provide quality direction and guidance based on sector best practice. Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Children Services or a degree in
Early Childhood or equivalent.
- Proven knowledge, skills and understanding in the implementation and ongoing management of the National Quality Framework
- Excellent personal attributes: resilient, resourceful, empathetic, innovative, analytical, creative thinker, pragmatic and results orientated.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive professional networks that facilitate effective communication.
- WWVP Card (ACT) and WWCC (NSW)
- Driver’s Licence
- First Aid and CPR
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
