About the Role
The Program Director (PD), reporting directly to Program Executive, with reporting lines to the Steering Committee and Board of Directors, the PD will be responsible for driving strategic change that will simplify the way the organisation works internally and with its customers, removing inefficiencies and complexity and creating better productivity.
With a focus on Automation, which will drive efficiencies and process improvement, and on the Data Strategy to ensure timely decision making to improve customer experience and business performance, it is envisaged that the program of technological change will be a 24-to-36-month journey.
Success will be defined by a seamless cutover to a new way of working, without losing key people along the way. Excellent change management skills and ability will be critical in delivering on this.
About You
You are a seasoned transformation professional with several large technology-based change projects under your belt. Your technical capability means that you can converse technically with all type of technology service providers as well as have the skills and ability to lead a large technology transition within a cloud-based environment.
Your superpowers lie in your ability as a change agent to deliver projects, whilst retaining key people for the duration, who are committed to being along with you on the journey of change. Being able to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at levels, from the Board of Directors to front-line users is essential.
