AddressLeadersIT is proud to partner with trusted Australian organisation in their recruitment of a Program Director to lead a companywide Digital Transformation program.
The primary aims of the program are to drive a Single Customer View and unified digital experience, while consolidating the technology footprint of the organisation.
As the Program Director, you will establish a clear pipeline, sequencing and dependency mapping of the projects that will deliver a world leading and integrated digital experience. The primary and direct accountabilities include the mobilisation, delivery and adoption of the entire roadmap of projects that form part of the digital roadmap. The role will also establish and run a successful governance and change management function and process to ensure successful adoption and stakeholder engagement of the transformation plan.
About you:
- Experience in a similar role, managing medium to large teams
- Experience in shaping and delivering a Digital Transformation program in both medium and enterprise environments
- Previous experience Single Customer View and Unified Digital experience
- Customer service and business orientation with strong change management and transformational leadership experience
- Proven experience negotiating at a strategic level
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting (short, medium, long term)
- Extensive senior management skills with the ability to influence at senior and/or board management level
- Functional knowledge of application environments, services, delivery mechanisms and infrastructure
- Experience re-engineering processes and systems
