About the role
As the Senior Leader of our ESM Program, youll leverage your expertise to lead strategic initiatives, utilising the ServiceNow platform to innovate our operational frameworks. You will develop comprehensive strategies, facilitate seamless execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities also include overseeing program performance, optimising outcomes through effective vendor management, procurement strategies, and contract oversight. With your exceptional project management skills, youll ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.
About You
You have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and a demonstrated history of successfully managing intricate transformation projects. You will bring extensive leadership experience, particularly in navigating organisational change and driving impactful business enhancement initiatives. Your comprehension of how strategic organisational goals align with program objectives is matched by your exceptional commercial acumen, honed through adept vendor management, procurement strategies, and meticulous contract oversight.
As a natural leader, you excel in motivating teams to excel within project parameters. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with advanced analytical abilities, equips you to effectively navigate complex issues, ensuring smooth progress even in challenging situations.
