The role:
The Delivery Office within Delivery Support Services are seeking a dynamic, delivery and outcome focused Program Director to lead the delivery of critical ICT projects across the state, the role will also see you lead multiple support office functions.
The opportunity allows you to be challenged by a complex, multi program delivery function. The rewards include being a contributor to the ongoing implementation and enhancement of applications that support, through Pathology and Radiology, the effective diagnosis of Queenslanders health management.
Are you right for this role?
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated:
- Proven delivery experience in a Health environment, combined with delivery of multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience in the delivery of clinical programs a distinct advantage
- Demonstrated experience in the use and application of project management methodologies, frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively developing, managing, and supporting a high performing and delivery-oriented team.
- High level ability to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements and establish effective strategic relationships.
