These positions will coordinate and deliver a wide range of Program Management Office services and outcomes including but not limited to:

1. Manage Program Strategic risks and issues records in CapabilityOne (and other recognised capability reporting platforms) and prepare reports for governance meetings
2. Implement Program Management methodologies and processes to improve the business operations of the Branch
3. Prepare the agenda, documents, presentations and record minutes for the Department's Program Group
4. Prepare documents, presentations and record the minutes of meetings 
5. Prepare documents and presentations for the Department's board and Department's contributions to the Board
6. Deliver monthly reports on outcomes
7. Support Senior leadership to execute business management functions on a needs basis
8. Prepare briefs on project and program matters for senior staff
9. Manage Program liaison and data entry for the Department's Synchronisation Tool, ModelPedia, and the ServiceNow portals and dashboards 
10. Provide administrative and planning support for event management
