About you
To be successful you will be:
- Experienced in identifying, understanding and managing the complex stakeholder landscape and implementing tailored approaches to each business area based on their unique requirements.
- Able to identify and document agency specific change impacts (system, process, people/role, and services) prior to deployment, to support system and agency readiness.
- Able to maintain and driving a sense of urgency within DTF, to support end user adoption, amongst competing organisational priorities.
- Experienced in assessing risks to ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
- Experienced in workshop facilitation and the design and execution of detailed, sensitive and broad communication initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
