What you'll be doing

  • Manage and Oversee the development of a sustainable local model of care in alignment with state-wide requirements of NSW Health’s new Adult Survivors Program – a specialist integrated program for Adult Survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs. 
  • Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate reporting
  • Establish and develop both internal and external relationships, working in partnership with key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project delivery plans to meet program objectives and goals.
  • Establish and support governance structures required through the program model.

About Broken Hill

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of service approaches to violence, abuse and neglect and the NSW health system.
  • Demonstrated experience of project management, and change management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively undertaking and managing complex projects and change initiatives to achieved planned outcomes.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including ability to collect, analyse, interpret and report on data and information from numerous sources and incorporate into project plans.
  • Demonstrated consultation and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills including report writing and public presentations.
  • Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
