This is a critical senior leadership role within our Program Integration delivery team where you will be responsible for delivering People First Bank’s Data Program. This important Program will be an enabler of the integration as a result of the merger between Heritage Bank and People’s Choice Credit Union. You will deliver related projects based on the strategic objectives of the bank and allocate resources necessary to achieve those plans from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Program in the context of the bank’s broader investment portfolio
- Developing and implementing program strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and strategic direction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with them to understand their needs, gather requirements and ensure program initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented
- Leading the development and execution of programs focused on improving financial services, operational efficiency, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Managing program budgets, resources, and timelines
- Identifying program risks and issues and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Management of critical inter/intra dependencies
- Implementing program performance measurement frameworks
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to program teams
About you
To be considered, you will demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in managing complex Data Migrations
- Solid experience delivering complex Data programs within the financial services or banking industry
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Extensive experience with commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding program objectives
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the finance industry
