Job Overview:
As a Program Manager at Spark, you will hold a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing business initiatives from conception to execution. Your primary responsibilities will include analysing and comprehending business needs, identifying strategic opportunities for improvement, managing commercial relationships, as well as ensuring that operations and delivery work align with strategic objectives.
Your expertise in program management and strategic planning will be crucial, as you navigate and lead business transformation initiatives spanning various teams and disciplines. You will also demonstrate the ability to lead and govern complex projects, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning and OKR Alignment
· Oversee a portfolio of projects within the program.
· Monitor resource utilisation and adjust allocations as needed.
· Identify and assess risks associated with program initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Administer program governance structures, policies, and procedures.
· Initiative performance monitoring.
· Proactively identify and address issues that may impact program delivery.
· Manage program budgets, including forecasting etc.
· Develop and maintain clear communication channels within the program.
· Lead and facilitate change management efforts associated with program initiatives.
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the program and across the business.
Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of experience in a program or strategic planning level role, or equivalent.
· Certification in business administration, or project management fields would be advantageous.
· Technology, software delivery or engineering experience is advantageous.
· Proven experience in program management, overseeing complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
· Demonstrated success in driving and managing business transformation initiatives.
· Previous experience working in a strategic role aligning programs with organizational goals.
· Experience in leading and managing diverse teams across various disciplines.
· Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
· Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align program strategies with organizational objectives.
· Experience integrating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into program planning.
· Strong analytical skills for identifying business needs, risks, and opportunities.
· Proven ability to lead and facilitate change management efforts associated with program initiatives.
· Experience in budget management and financial oversight, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
