About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, the Estates Program Manager will be responsible for managing the project work across Fiona Stanley Hospital supporting the overarching project teams in delivering objectives. You will also provide analysis and report to key stakeholders of program delivery performance against budget and program.
This is a great opportunity to manage and oversee multiple projects at Fiona Stanley Hospital, one of Australia’s most advanced tertiary hospitals.
What you’ll be doing
- Analysis and reporting of the broader Estates portfolio program delivery performance including tracking program schedules, financials, and high level milestones
- Co-ordination of project audits and quality assurance reviews
- Preparing and delivering the Program Delivery and program Communications plan.
- Ensuring the Estates Portfolio Manage proposed projects through the entire project management lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution and closing, with an ongoing commitment to monitoring and reporting.
- Ensuring the Estates Portfolio Manage project delivery such that any service interruptions that impact operations, safety, or in any way introduce a deviation from regular service levels have client approvals and risk mitigation plans in place.
- Representing Serco at Fiona Stanley Hospital at internal and external meetings, ensuring that the professionalism of the program and Serco is maintained.

You are a demonstrated leader who can inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Your ideal skills & experience
- Ability to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with Serco and Fiona Stanley Hospital outcomes
- Experience in budget and financial management including creation, monitoring, and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in guiding teams and stakeholders through change management
- Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile) and program management principles
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management or relevant industry experience
- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical and or HVAC is highly desirable.
