Program Manager - Solution Delivery

We are currently partnering with a large Queensland organisation to recruit PERMANENT Program Manager - Solution Delivery - This role offers a hybrid working environment and is based in the Brisbane CBD - Attractive package on offer!

The role

You will use your project, program and portfolio management experience in combination with your strong digital technology background to lead multi-discipline teams to deliver complex new technology initiatives to a high standard.
In this position, you will develop and implement a strategic technology framework to maximise the value of technology related business investments that assist clients to achieve corporate and operational goals. You will implement a variety of management systems and technologies, whilst supporting the development of new technologies that deliver efficiency and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing digital technology related business change by leading the provision of digital portfolios, programs and projects.
• Ensure the Solutions Delivery program of work is aligned to the strategic imperatives.
• Lead the engagement and management of key senior project stakeholders across the business through the application of a strong change management and business readiness approach, ensuring this approach is applied consistently within the Solutions Delivery team.
• Represent the Solutions Delivery team in senior forums including board and ELT meetings.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience in relevant digital technology management experience, demonstrating strong technical and project disciplines at senior levels.
• Industry recognised Project Management qualifications
• Exemplary stakeholder management, change management and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of digital technology infrastructure domains including data centres, network communications, server utilisation, virtual environments, storage, and application development
• Knowledge of digital technology services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support.
• Experience in the use of technology governance frameworks.
