Program Manager
Our federal government client is on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager. You will be the senior technical analyst who oversees the full lifecycle and delivery, with a focus on ensuring supplier delivers according to plans and agreed milestones.
About the role:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.
- Act as a key liaison between the federal government client and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, with a keen focus on quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and provide constructive feedback to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to meet project demands.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements.
This role is being offered to those in ACT/QLD/ VIC/NSW. Initial contract for 12 months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Our Government Client require applicants to be Australian citizen and successful candidates will be required to have a Baseline security clearance and maintain a clearance at this level.
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
