Job description

In this role you will:

  • Provide senior leadership to the team that is supporting the review of the Streamlined Pathways.
  • Finalise a project plan for the Streamlined Pathways that includes development or review of qualifications assessment processes, registration pathways, registration standards, guidelines and other explanatory materials.
  • Implement the project plan to ensure that qualifications assessment processes,  registration pathways, registration standards, guidelines and other explanatory materials are developed within relevant time frames and funding.
  • Develop implementation plans and materials for new or revised qualifications assessment processes, registration pathways, policies, standards or guidelines.
  • Develop communication materials for stakeholders, including for applicants, practitioners and relevant organisations.

As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of expertise.
  • 5 years plus experience working in a comparable role in a regulatory environment or similar.
  • Considerable experience in the development of health profession policy advice, ideally relating to health practitioner regulation.
