In this role you will own and manage a Graduate Development Program and deliver a best in class experience by providing graduates with excellent career development – setting them up for success within this business and beyond. In addition to this, reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, you will support the delivery of a broad range of engagement and talent programs.
About the Role
- Lead the design and delivery of their graduate professional development for the first, second and alumni graduate cohorts.
- Planning and delivery of the two day graduate induction and Development Programs, including co-creating and facilitating Development Programs.
- Leading people leader engagement and briefings; working in partnership with the respective P&C Managers and the business to plan for graduate rotations and end of program placement.
- Working in conjunction with the recruitment team to ensure all early talent campaign recruitment deliverables are achieved. This will include leading and overseeing the graduate assessment centre, design and assessment of activities as required.
- Establishing relationships and presence at key Universities and plan and coordinate university engagements and promotions.
This role is for a Learning & Development professional who has experience in the end-to-end process that includes consultation through to design and facilitation. While the Graduate Development frameworks are well-established, this role will also be involved in analysing and researching market trends, reviewing best practice and continually working on improvements to align and adjust to business and market needs.
- Learning and development experience including stakeholder consultation, the design and co-creation of talent programs and the facilitation of development and/or calibration workshops.
- Experience in the coordination and design of assessment centres and assessment centre activities.
- Ideally, previous experience in early careers or graduate talent development and the demonstrated capability to develop and execute contemporary learning solutions.
