Program Manager - Supply Chain

Opportunity for an experienced Program Manager - Supply Chain to lead a transformation journey in Supply Chain optimization and technology integration.
Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end Supply Chain transformation, process re-engineering, and digital integration.
• Optimize the Supply Chain network, improve inventory management, and enhance logistics efficiency.
• Implement new technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Execute change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; certifications like PMP or Six Sigma desired.
• Demonstrable program management experience in retail, consumer goods industries or relevant industries.
• Proven track record in Supply Chain transformation, process improvements, and technology implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with change management and driving organisational change in dynamic environments.
