APAC Controller

Reporting to local Managing Director, you will hold responsibility for the delivery and performance of the Controllership function, including reporting, taxation, management reporting and transactional accounting. You will lead and manage a team and cultivate a continuous improvement mind-set which drives the finance team to support and align with the business units. The key to your success will be your ability to identify and execute key cross-functional projects and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders locally and abroad.Regional Role as part of a global leader|Working with the executive leaders across the groupThis role demands an individual who thrives within a fast-paced and changing environment. CA/CPA qualified, the successful candidate will have commenced their career within chartered and have a recent track record leading teams within a commercial environment as the Head of Finance or as Financial Controller. Previous experience within multinationals and IFRS will be beneficial too. You will be a proven accounting and finance leader with strong problem solving and analytical skills and enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders.With a high-profile brand and a strategic growth strategy for the local and Asia Pacific market, the landscape is very positive for this role and UK based multinational.
