About the RoleThe role will be a key leadership role supported by the Assistant Program Manager, responsible for managing the performance, mentoring and coaching of the Project Managers, collectively under the Program. It will build and maintain accountable, high-performing and engaged project teams. The successful candidate will provide insights and collaborate with the C-suite (Senior Executives in the agency, Change Program Leadership and the Governance Committee members) to ensure alignment between strategic objectives, the Program and across operational areas. The role will be key to coordinating an integrated program delivery approach in close collaboration with key roles within the Transformation Office (Product Management, Value Delivery, Business Transition & Change) and partnering with all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
