Snr Program Manager - Nv1

Rubix is currently acting on behalf of a leading defence consultancy who have multiple opportunities for experienced Program Manager.

The Senior Project Manager will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:

• Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects (typically with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies).
• Adopting and adapting project management methods and tools, selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
• Ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained.
• Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related field.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance or above.
• Familiarity with NATO FMN standards.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working within the Defence environment.
• Experience working with complex ICT projects in deployed environments at scale.
