What you’ll be doing
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with best practice guidelines for quality outcomes.
- Establish and maintain administrative measures, tracking project plans, budgets, and tasks.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and constraints using effective strategies.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and negotiation.
- Prepare complex reports, briefings, and policy papers for senior management.
- Analyse stakeholder inputs to inform high-level advice and innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about political, HR, and financial dynamics, proposing actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with staff to effectively manage communication and information.
- Proactively work as a team member to achieve program objectives.
- Develop and maintain systems for monitoring and reporting program activities.
What you need to bring
- Experience in large program or large project coordination and administration.
- Proven written and oral communication skills in a complex program environment.
- You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
