About the role:
In the role of Program Administration Officer, you will provide a range of administrative support services utilising a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking a variety of tasks as directed such as:
- Switch & Reception (Primary task of this role)
- Data entry into appropriate departmental database and computer systems
- Vehicle fleet administration
- Mail, filing and document control activities
- Purchase stationery and office supplies and PPE
- Word processing
- Arranging meetings, setting up of conference rooms & ordering catering
- Word processing
- Filing and photocopying
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations
- Current C class licence
- Strong background in providing administration support
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Display strong interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service
