The Program Officer, Learning and Curriculum will develop, implement and coordinate diverse and innovative educational programs and resources that complement the Gallery's exhibitions and Collection displays, responding to state and national teaching guidelines.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Coordinate the delivery of innovative educational and Curriculum Programs, including research, development and implementation of interpretative and educational material and professional development programs for educators, relating to the Gallery's exhibitions and displays.
• Develop collaborative strategies for long-term relationships between the Gallery and Queensland education networks, including research projects that address the Gallery's Collection, exhibitions and audience focuses.
• Coordinate and contribute to the creative development of learning programs, including the development of project goals, objectives and philosophies, and the processes of review and evaluation, in consultation with key departments.
• Develop and direct the production of promotional materials for the Gallery's Curriculum Programs. As required, represent the Gallery on matters concerning educational programs for visiting groups, lectures, floortalks and workshops.
• Oversee the maintenance, ongoing development and optimal usage of digital learning resources on onsite and online.
• Coordinate and provide budgets, reports, statistics and assist with promotional strategies for Curriculum Programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of resources and programs driving QAGOMA Learning's engagement with regional Queensland.
