Through our Programs, Retreats, Events and Storytelling, we inspire and equip people to become the business, social and political leaders we need in what we call the Next Economy — a more just and inclusive global economy that supports human flourishing while living in harmony with the natural world. Our Deep Dives are a growing segment of our programming. This role will initially produce Storytelling for Change, Interconnected Leader and Next Economy Governance.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional person for a role of Small Giants Academy Program Producer who is part of the team responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Academy’s leadership programming for a more hopeful future.
Reporting to our Head of Programs, your key responsibilities will include;
- Program production from conception to customer journey and evaluation
- Developing and engaging in partnerships, sales and marketing
- Managing program proposals and contracting
- Coordinating speakers and resources for each program
- Ideate on potential new programs and innovations
- Hosting of virtual and in person programs (zoom and, primarily, at The White House in Melbourne)
- Working collaboratively with a larger team that is delivering on events and programs
