ABOUT THE JOB:
- Establish, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule within a government organisation and with vendors.
- Provide mitigation options for impacted delivery dates.
- Manage dependency and scheduling issues affecting critical pathways.
- Generate performance indicators for program effectiveness.
- Produce updates, reports, and charts on program progress.
- Create weekly task lists and lead the development of project scheduling processes.
- Support Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAIDD) log development and conduct schedule risk analysis.
- Establish stakeholder relationships and drive cross-team collaboration.
- Facilitate planning workshops for implementation timelines and interdependencies.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Detail-oriented professional with strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and provide mitigation options.
- Can contribute to the successful planning and execution of government programs.
- Has expertise in relevant government regulations.
- Is able to Maintain accurate Integrated Master Schedules, produce reports, and facilitate planning workshops.
- Is adaptable to changing project dynamics and priorities.
