- Based in UniSA Education Futures across the Mawson Lakes and Magill campuses
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), one continuing and one 12 month fixed-term position available
- Starting salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager Research and Compliance, you will establish and maintain ongoing high-quality project and administrative support services within the UniSA Education Futures Academic Unit. You will support processes to ensure current and new Programs are accredited. This will involve working across the Academic Unit with academic and professional staff, and with key central unit staff. Maintaining structured and high quality documentation is essential, as is planning and tracking activities as a part of a team.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in the coordination of multiple projects with the requirement to determine competing priorities and exercise independent judgement
- Experience in the collection and analysis of large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information and data. This includes the ability to synthesise information to provide recommendations and report on outcomes
- Knowledge and proven experience with committee structure and procedures and the ability to provide professional administrative support to committees
- High level written and verbal communication skills including the preparation of written materials, and experience in liaising with people at all levels, both internal and external to an organisation
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level customer focussed and solution directed provision of service to stakeholders
