Provide therapeutic supports and short-term psychological interventions, connecting participant to services and supports

Joining us, you’ll work alongside a team of dedicated and dynamic individuals who are focused on empowering people to connect with supports to assist with their recovery. From delivering workshops within community to individual support sessions, your work will be diverse and impactful.
This is a fixed-term position (till 30 June 2024), the position can be full-time or part-time (negotiable), which offers a great opportunity to enhance your skills in a mental health position. Here’s how it will help transform your career:

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in community services, health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion or similar
2 years of demonstrated experience in delivery of services to people experiencing mental health issues and or/suicidality
Previous experience in providing case management to vulnerable groups
Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
