Your responsibilities will include direct management of three business functions (Marketing, Events & Customer Delivery) and oversight of a fourth function (Technology). Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in leading all business transformation projects.

- Managing project step prioritization across teams
- Review & improve organisational effectiveness
- Lead measurable KPI’s and BAU deliverables across greater business
Who You Are:
- Seasoned & mature leader with a passion for driving positive change
- Exceptional communicator with sales / marketing / customer service experience
- Experienced project & change manager
- Technically savvy
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Self assured, confident and resilient but with high levels of warmth and empathy
- University qualifications will be highly regarded
