We are working with a small planning consultancy to find an admin support officer to assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small but busy business in Melbourne’s bayside suburb. The company is a town planning consultancy and they’re looking for someone to assist with the day-to-day admin support for the office.
You will start with managing invoicing and then slowly start to provide assistance with projects. You will then get involved with project monitoring and supporting the Urban Planners in the office. Some understanding of Urban Planning and project management will be very helpful; however, the bulk of this role is really more business-related admin tasks.
There is enough work for someone who’s looking for 3 days/week (0.6T) and it’s not a role where you have to be in the office. However, it will be great if you could still come to the office once in a while.
Happy to accept applicants looking for either permanent or contract/temp part time roles. It would suit candidates who have done admin roles in a Planning & Building department of a local council or in a planning or surveying consultancy.
Salary and rates will depend on the candidates, but we are looking at somewhere around the $70,000 range (FTE).
