Collins Plumbing is a medium sized company with 15 employees based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. We provide a range of plumbing services on new developments & multi-level residential apartment buildings across Melbourne.
We are looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our growing company. Our current workload extends into 2025 so there is also opportunity for an expanding role within the company.
Daily tasks would include but not limited to:
- Handling queries from clients and other employees by phone and email
- Daily office duties such as creating reports, documenting and implementing internal systems
- Updating employee access to documents, drawings & required information
- Scheule meetings, take accurate minutes, organise and schedule appointments
- Liaising with suppliers to arrange pricing, ordering and delivery to site
- Writing and sending business correspondence and ensuring internal procedures are followed
- Compiling, reconciling, and submitting project expense report
To be considered for the position you must have the following:
- Experience with Xero is essential
- Proficient computer skills: outlook, excel, word & other applications
- Strong communicator
- Problem solving skills
