Project Administrator Required

Advanced Group Services are looking for a Project Administrator to come and join the team based around Sydney

Responsibilities 

• Becoming a team member and participating in the sales and project handover meetings
• Assisting the project manager with clients and requirements 
• Helping the project manager by reviewing the draft projects and risks assessments 
• Programming and scheduling 
• Overseeing subcontractor claims
• Preparing Purchase orders 
• Updating health and safety IMS 
• Onboarding 
• Maintaining client relationship
• Being able to use various programs and software.
• Highly proficient in all office MS applications 

Must have

• 1-2 Years Experience in a role that required similar responsibilities within the electrical industry. 
• Ability to help manage projects. 
• Time management skills 
• Communication skills verbal and non-verbal

Qualification 
Formal qualifications in Building and Construction or Engineering e.g., Certificate (IV) in Building and Construction or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
