Our client is an established leader in the power industry servicing the mining, construction and commercial sectors across the Central West and Western Plains of New South Wales.
Due to their continual growth in business, they are now seeking the services of a full-time Project Administrator to support all facets of tenders and project office administration. This position is based in Dubbo and reports to the General Manager.

About the Job
- Project administration of tender applications.
- Administration of the Job Management System including the ordering of parts and materials, verifying job sheets, raising purchasing orders, updating customer information, whilst ensuring the integrity of data inputted.
- Administration support on work, health and safety policy and procedure and compliance matters including safe work methods statements. Assist in the reporting and auditing process as required.
- Induct all employees and ensure all safety compliance matters and training are completed accordingly.
- Maintain asset registers for all plant and equipment. Manage plant and equipment registration, insurance, repairs and maintenance.
- AP/AR, invoicing and other financial administration tasks through Xero.
- General administration correspondence for employees, contractors and suppliers as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years minimum experience in a project administration role or similar.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration is advantageous but not essential.
- Intermediate to Advance Level in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Experience in Project Management software or Job Management System software is highly advantageous.
- Experience in accounting systems such as Xero or MYOB.
