Managing and coordinating a number of diverse projects across multiple internal and external departments to ensure business objectives are executed effectively and projects are delivered successfully.
The position provides broad business and administrative support to enable the successful delivery of business, project and team outcomes. Success in this role is characterised by the ability to work with initiative, attention to detail and timeliness, the ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks and provide high level customer service to support the team to deliver outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this pivotal role entails ensuring the profitable and efficient delivery of construction projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar business support or project support role, ideally within the construction industry;
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborating with other managers and clients to establish and meet critical project timelines;
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving any issues that may arise;
- Strong attention to details to detail analytical, planning and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus;
- Maintain different project registers and databases as required, track project spend and invoicing
- 5+ Years experience within a Project Administrator role, preferably within Construction but not essential;
- Excellent communication, a high level of motivation, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- High level of organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
