About You
A successful applicant will have experience in a similar administration role. Have a friendly and manner when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is perfect for someone that is ready to jump into a fast-paced role and is eager to learn and develop new skills.
It is encouraged that any potential candidate with a capable skillset apply for the job construction experience not essential.
Tasks include:
• Provide administrative services for Project Managers, Estimating team and Business Operations.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and coordinating company specific requirements when necessary.
•Progress Claims assistance with Accounting Department
• Assist Project team with compiling project reports.
• Ability to coordinate resources through communication between site management team and workforce.
• Management and tracking of progress expenditure including subcontract claims and supplier invoices.
Requirements:
• High level proficiency in most Microsoft packages with a strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proven capacity to multi-task and efficiently prioritise tasks
• Practical approach and good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner
• Excellent time management skills
