Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance for the project and carry out work as directed
- Administer collaboration systems for projects - i.e. Aconex
- Establish and maintain project document registers and arrange for the distribution of approved documents
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets and obtaining authorisation from relevant staff
You should have:
- 2 years experience on Project Administration
- The right to live and work in Australia without sponsorship
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and manage time effectively
- Sound knowledge of reception and administration principles
- Good verbal communication skills, ability to write clearly and concisely
- Intermediate Microsoft office computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Drivers Licence
