Job description

About the Role
This presents an exciting opportunity for an internal employee at the University to join OPG and contribute to our projects through high-quality project administration. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the OPG PMO and Project Managers to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of transformative operational initiatives.
Your primary duties will involve supporting the design and development of project reporting packs, transforming complex information into easily understandable, visually engaging documents that convey a consistent message to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll offer support across various stages of the project lifecycle and handle other day-to-day tasks for the PMO. This role will require effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the delivery of key tasks and initiatives within the OPG portfolio
  • Support project leads and OPG with administrative tasks
  • Prepare high quality project resources and artefacts
  • Provide secretariat support to project working groups, meetings, workshops or other activities
Who we are looking for
We're looking for people who demonstrate excellent time management skills and thrive in a dynamic team environment. You should possess outstanding communication and written skills, along with a high level of professionalism. Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment will also be essential for success in this role.
You will also have:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, with ideally some proficiency in other design software.
  • A graduate degree in a relevant discipline and/or a relevant combination of training and experience
  • Experience of project management is desirable
  • Experience with AI tools is desirable
