Your new role
As a Project Architect at the client, you will be responsible for participating in the design, documentation, procurement and delivery of architectural projects in collaboration with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors. You will also be involved in developing project briefs and proposals, managing tendering processes and contracts, overseeing quality control and compliance, and coordinating project teams and resources.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in architecture, and it is highly desirable to have a registration as an architect in Canberra. You will also need to have at least five years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software. You will need to have a passion for architecture and a creative flair for design.
