Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of aged care and education projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to translate project objectives into compelling architectural solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals, design concepts, and documentation to clients and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Architect, with a focus on aged care and education projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
