Form of workAn immediate need for an ambitious Project Architect to run a range of health projects.
OUR CLIENTVivid's client is a national architectural practice with offices in Melbourne (7) and Sydney (40). They specialise in several sectors including Healthcare, Aged care, Multi-Unit residential, Education and Hospitality projects
THE ROLE
As a Project Architect, you would report to a director and oversee up to 50% of the projects in the office (mostly health). You will also be running PUG meetings and documenting the projects you work on. This is why Revit is essential.
The role would be all-encompassing with plenty of opportunity to grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- VIC registered Architect with 4+ years of local post-registration experience.
- A keen understanding of NCC (health/aged care).
- Excellent Revit/documentation skills.
- Detailed understanding of AHFG’s.
- A proven private and/or public health project experience including design, design development, documentation and delivery of hospitals and health centre projects.
- Demonstrated (and comfortable) ability to run and manage Project User Group (PUG) meetings.
- A proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
- Demonstrated ability to run and manage multiple projects at multiple stages.
- Residential, Education or Aged care experience is beneficial.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and to lead multiple teams.
- A keen interest in participating in the future direction of the office.
- Permanent residency
- $85,000 - 100k +
