They are currently seeking an experienced Shopping Centre Operations Manager to join their team and make a significant impact on a portfolio of shopping centres.
The Opportunity:
Imagine taking the lead in Operations across a portfolio of high-profile shopping centres in Melbourne. As the Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Centre Management team, with a focus on exciting Capital Works & Tenancy Delivery Projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding operational safety, performance, and compliance
- Managing capital expenditure budgets
- Promoting a strong customer-centric focus
- Ensuring monthly reporting is conducted effectively
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Driving long-term value through corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
If you have experience as a Shopping Centre Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a candidate who can bring their expertise in managing contractors, capital projects and works to the table. Excellent contractor management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential for this position.
