- From $64,305 - $73,413 (HEW Level 3), plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading.

THE ROLE
The newly recruited Project Assistant will play a key role in providing project administrative support for initiatives in the Student Equity, Diversity and Inclusion portfolio.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Provide project administration support and initiatives within Student Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
- Support student and stakeholder engagement, planning, and communications as directed.
- Support project methodology and delivery approach, ensuring appropriate record keeping.
- Record project activities, milestones and deliverables and prepare data and reports as required.
- Maintain the risk register for portfolio projects and initiatives.
- Maintain relevant data and information to inform decision-making on key projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation.
- Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations.
- Perform any other duties as required and appropriate for this classification.

Selection Criteria
- Experience in customer service or administration
- Experience completing project administration functions, including documentation and communications, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using business systems, including databases, and running of reports
- Ability to build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work and communicate effectively with other
