Overview of the position:
As the Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with the entire Adelaide team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will provide crucial support and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This unique and rare opportunity allows you to be actively involved and supported by colleagues who manage different phases of the process, from design to project handover.
Our expectations of you:
- 1-2 years of experience in coordinating administrative tasks and construction site activities, along with proven support to project managers and trades.
- A meticulous approach to critical thinking, planning, and organising, maintaining poise while thoroughly and methodically resolving issues.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a focus on overseeing and managing project variables, recognising time constraints and prioritising based on business needs.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities, coupled with the flexibility to manage both proactive and reactive situations on-site or in the office.
