Come and join us as an Operations Consultant within a new enterprise in Bendigo.About the Digital Operations Centre Deloitte's Digital Operations Centre will be located on La Trobe's Flora Hill Campus in Bendigo establishing our long-term presence in Bendigo.The Digital Operations Centre is a transformational new centre within Deloitte Australia that's focused on delivering digital services for clients across all major Australian industry sectors. The work is centred on the client servicing and transactional execution for Finance, HR and technology services.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Consultant plays an important role supporting the Digital Operations Centre Leader in the running of the Centre and connecting the Centre to key Enabling Areas of the Firm such Talent, Finance, Resourcing and Information Technology Services.Roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to), the following: Working with the Centre Leader and Transformation Office to execute the project plan to establish the Centre Co-ordination of the workforce including input into planning to meet demand and resource management of current deals and projects Input into and implementation of programs designed with the University and Deloitte to attract and develop talent for the Centre Involvement in initiatives and projects that help drive efficiency in the operation of the Centre. Work with Finance to provide financial operations support and reporting for the Centre. Act as one of the key points of contact and co-ordination for the Firm's Information Technology Service and Property teams. Act as one of the Centre's key points of contact for the University on matters relating to our tenancy and events located on Campus. Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are a strong and effective communicator who is confident interacting and presenting back to all levels of seniority You enjoy a fast paced, deadline driven environment You have a strong attention to detail, are inquisitive by nature and are willing to be "hands on" You have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience summarising results and producing management reports Understanding of or experience in resource management, project management or reporting tools would be advantageous A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics would also be advantageous.
