What you will enjoy doing
- As Project Coordinator in our Customer Engineering Services team, you will provide complete project management for the installation of bulk vessels, cylinder supply systems, process equipment, medical systems and reticulation, cryogenic supply systems, food and beverage systems as well as quotations and the coordination of labor and materials
- You will regularly liaise with customers to provide excellent service with respect to quote preparation, installation, commissioning, training, and handover documentation
- Also, you will collaborate with our internal engineering team and local sales teams to ensure the implementation of initiatives, changes to work practices and continuous improvement efforts
- Furthermore, you will ensure contractors and service technicians have the appropriate knowledge, equipment, training and licenses to carry out their work safely
- In addition, you will provide leadership to solve customer issues in emergencies
- You have a technical or trade background and more than 3-5 years and experience in a relevant industry OR prior experience in project management in a relevant industry
- Experience supervising workers in a technical environment is required
- As well as the ability to effectively collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong leadership and communication capability, is needed in this role
