The Role
We are looking for a fulltime – Project Co-Ordinator to work at our offices located in Gnangara.
The role is ideal for someone with experience in the construction industry whom has worked across multiple projects at any one time, alternatively it could be a Post Graduate looking to begin their career in the industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of procurement, document control of all necessary project related correspondence, a level of client interaction all in line with project deliverables and cost while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
The role will include on a daily basis but not limited to the following:
- Set up new jobs
- Site inductions
- Procurement administration
- Co-ordination of logistics
- Update project information
- Liaise with Accounting for invoicing
- Factory job files
- Assist with Estimating
The Person
The position requires the ability to work with a high level of organisation and be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
It’s a fast-paced role that requires a resilient natured person who also possesses poise under pressure.
Ideally you will possess the following skills:
- Experience in Project Co – Ordination
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to problem solve
- High level of detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Computer Literacy
- Driven with a strong motivation to achieve
