Evoke Media are a WA owned and operated media company in the out of home (OOH) advertising market with over 20 static and digital media formats. We are a fun, nimble company with a passion for providing innovative media solutions for Clients. We believe business should be ethical, environmentally friendly and have a personable approach. Qualifications & experience
- Be proficient with Mail Chimp, Canva and operating MAC programs.
- Great level of administration skills, previous office experience an advantage.
- Excellent communications skills, with some level of experience in customer service (desirable).
- Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A curious mindset and flexible approach to work.
- Pride and ownership of your output and a passion to go above and beyond to achieve great results for our Clients.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support and build strong relationships with all Venue Managers and Contacts.
- Create and keep up to date Digital Creative templates for venues and clients.
- Produce basic digital creative content for venues in our network where required.
- Schedule digital content across entire network.
- Manage production and installation of printed customer advertising campaigns across our network.
- Produce various reports and deliver insights to the team, venues and clients.
- Keep concise and accurate records of all advertising material in all mediums.
- Ensure that venues contracts and contact databases are always up to date.
- Assist the sales team with organising events, producing sales material and promotional items.
- Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
