Veolia is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our friendly team based in Revesby 2212.
The position will provide administration support on the day-to-day operations of the site to ensure the completion of jobs in accordance with safety and environmental standards, customer expectations and performance targets.

What you'll be responsible for
Responsible for ensuring site inductions are carried out with Visitors and contractors
Responsible for all administration activities including raising and processing purchase orders and invoices, onboarding new suppliers to the system.
Oversee the general services of the office including office equipment and supplies, stationery and maintaining stock levels
First point of contact for all customer queries
Maintaining staff records
Complete scheduled work as instructed by the site
What you'll need to be successful
Demonstrable administration experience within a fast paced environment
Strong computer skills, preferably have used Google Chrome system and/or Microsoft Office
Transport and/or logistics scheduling experience (desirable)
Current Drivers Licence
Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
