We are currently seeking a skilled Project Controls Lead to assist in overseeing projects spanning renewables, infrastructure, mining and rail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive programs across all projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Utilize P6 software to manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking effectively.
- Lead and mentor a small team of planners, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Engage in stakeholder management activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Apply your expertise in renewables, infrastructure, or rail to drive innovation and efficiency in Project Controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing project programs, with a focus on renewables, infrastructure, or rail projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of successful collaboration.
- Experience in renewables, infrastructure, or rail sectors is highly desirable.
