Required to support in management of more than 25 projects with
Administrative and Project Support Tasks:
Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and documentation for project-related activities.
Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Maintain project calendars, task lists, and progress trackers.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
Compile and analyse project data to assess performance against time, cost, and quality indicators.
Prepare regular status reports for project sponsors and stakeholders.
Documentation Management:
Organise and maintain project documentation, including project plans, agreements, and meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on relevant issues and best practices in Aboriginal community housing.
Summarise findings and contribute to the preparation of project briefs for decision-making purposes.
Task Implementation:
Support the project team in executing tasks and implementing project plans.
Collaborate with team members to address challenges and overcome obstacles to project success.
Stakeholder Communication:
Keep stakeholders informed about project status, progress, and any implementation issues.
Facilitate regular communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency.
Financial Assistance:
Assist in tracking project finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with finance departments to ensure accurate financial management.
Records Management:
Maintain organised records of project documentation, correspondence, and decisions.
Ensure records are easily accessible for audits and reporting purposes.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
