We are a construction company located in Ingleburn with most of our own residential projects based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
What we are looking for:
- Working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
- Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties,
- Maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
- Outstanding organization skills in keeping information up-to-date for a number of projects and tasks
- Great time-management skills to ensure schedules and deadlines are met
- Effectively be able to multi-task to juggle multiple requests
- Base knowledge of data entry to assist in accounts
- Good knowledge of using the Microsoft Project, Excel, Word etc. software
