TheProject Coordinatoris responsible for:
- Collaborating with the project manager/business leads to develop plans and timelines
- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and planning
- Coordinating project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing reports, including status reports, progress reports, and risk assessments
- Assisting with project budgeting and forecasting
- Tracking project expenses and ensure compliance with project budgets
- Organising and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assisting in the preparation of risk assessments
- Ensuring project documentation is up to date and organised
- Identifying areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimise group performance
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and share best practice with the team
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in the project space
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple work demands simultaneously
